ABOUT GLOBAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (GBS): A business partner & transformation engine for TMICC and aim to offer integrated of People, process, data and technology from design to deliver.

As part of this set-up, Magnum Ice Cream will establish a future-fit and innovative GBS organization, partnering with multiple business functions across a global footprint to optimize processes, unlock business savings, and operational efficiency.

The GBS organization will partner key business functions including Finance, Enterprise Solutions and Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Customer Development and Sales, and Sustainability. A significant proportion of GBS roles will be based in one of our GBS hubs in Pune India, CEE and Mexico

Job Purpose

As Learning & Development Leader you will establish and drive a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy to build future-ready capabilities for a multi-domain GCC of 8001000 employees. This will include building leadership, technical, functional, and behavioral capability frameworks aligned with global standards and business priorities. You will also enable a strong learning culture through digital learning, academies, analytics-driven interventions, and career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 23 year L&D strategy aligned to GCC growth, digital transformation, and global capability needs.
  • Partner with business and global stakeholders to identify skill gaps and build role-based and domain-based capability programs.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Leadership Development, Manager Effectiveness, New Hire Onboarding, and Functional Academies.
  • Implement digital learning solutions including LMS/LXP, microlearning, and AI-enabled learning pathways.
  • Drive learning culture initiatives: knowledge sharing, hackathons, certifications, and internal faculty programs.
  • Manage L&D budget, external vendors, and partnerships with universities and content providers.
  • Monitor learning analytics, skill proficiency, adoption metrics, and business impact; publish dashboards for leadership review.
  • Lead a small team of L&D specialists/instructional designers to ensure scalable and high-quality delivery.

What You Need To Succeed

Must have

  • 1218 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development.
  • Experience working in GCCs, technology centers, or multi-domain shared service environments.
  • Strong expertise in designing leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Hands-on experience with modern digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP), content design, and learning analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and learning operations at scale.

Advantage

  • Experience working with global teams and matrix organizations.
  • Exposure to AI-driven learning tools, skill clouds, and capability taxonomies.
  • Proven track record of setting up structured academies (Tech/Domain/Leadership).
  • Background in change management and culture-building initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR/OD/Business preferred.
  • Certifications in Instructional Design, Coaching, Leadership Development, or OD (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ATD, SHRM, CIPD).
  • Certifications in digital learning tools or platforms is a plus.
