Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to drive capability building across Engineering, CRM, Customer Success, and Operations teams. The role will focus on delivering technical, functional, behavioral, and customer service training programs that enhance employee performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and customer service training programs
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create structured learning journeys
- Drive upskilling initiatives for Engineering, CRM, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- Facilitate workshops on communication, stakeholder management, customer handling, and service excellence
- Lead onboarding, refresher trainings, and process/system rollout programs
- Develop scalable learning content, SOP-based modules, and training materials
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen performance and customer-first culture
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Manage training operations, calendars, and end-to-end learning interventions
Experience & Location
- Experience: 15–20 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Capability Building
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Real Estate, Hospitality, Customer Service, Operations, or Engineering-led organizations
