Roles and responsibilities include:
- Understanding various Organization Development models and the applicability of the same to suit client needs
- Supporting on risk analysis and identification of gaps in the existing processes
- Analysing data received from the clients
- Developing frameworks for new SOPs to be established
- Coordinating with clients to ensure the project timelines are met
- Discussing & developing content for training programs with content team/with director
- Preparing training material: workbooks, proposals, videos, handouts, lesson plans, presentations, and activities, etc.
- Coordinating with external trainers and clients for logistics details
- Working on client engagement: pre, during and post-training like an action plan, thank you emails, Google forms, e-cards, etc.
- Working on social media marketing material
Education and Skills required:
- Education in Organization and Industrial Development(preferred)/Psychology/ Training and Development/ Human Resource Management
- MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken) and Data Management
