Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Learning and Development Intern (PPO). The intern will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs, managing training resources, creating instructional materials, and evaluating learning outcomes. Collaboration with mentors, coordination of development activities, and providing coaching support will be key to ensuring the success of learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management systems
- Strong skills in Instructional Design and creating effective learning content
- Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to engage and support learners
- Understanding of best practices in education and workplace learning
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Relevant academic background or experience in learning and development is a plus
