Responsibilities :

Provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty

Act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Unit and teams

Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of enterprise level professional skills and leadership development programs

Personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals, managers, and leaders

Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and relevance of professional skills offerings in line with evolving business needs

Ensure measurable business impact and high learner engagement across all programs
