Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and execution of program activities, applying structured thinking and agile delivery approaches.
- Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D Plan, infusing best practices and thought leadership
- Craft a learner-centric experience that leaves participants engaged, supported, and excited about their growth journey
- Drive program activities with precision, ensuring seamless execution
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to elevate the learner experience
- Design and launch learner surveys and feedback loops; interpret results to drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of deep domain expertise in designing and managing L&D operations for leadership programs.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Talent development and Learning & Development initiatives for high potential employees
- Strong data analysis skills for impactful communication with leadership
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, evolving environment and create actionable storylines
- Exceptional collaboration across levels, geographies, and functions
- Strong organizational skills in a culturally diverse environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem solver with high intellectual curiosity
- Certification in talent development or relevant HR certifications is a plus
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or L&D certification
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

City: Gurgaon DLF Phase 5 , Gurgaon
Mode: Hybrid out of which 3 days will be work from in office
Assignment duration -6 months(Extendable basis performance)
