Job Description

1. Strong & Advanced Analytics Expertise (Non-Negotiable)

  • Deep analytics capability not just basic Excel.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation & automation).
  • Comfortable working with analytical tools like Google Forms and other data platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data across L&D, Talent Management, Diversity & Culture.

2. Data Visualization & Presentation Skills

  • Strong ability to create high-quality presentations (not just deliver them).
  • Proficiency in tools such as:
  • PowerPoint
  • Google Slides
  • Canva
  • Mural
  • Strong storytelling ability through data visualization.

3. Creativity & Ideation

  • Creative mindset to:
  • Support culture-building initiatives
  • Contribute ideas for diversity & inclusion programs
  • Bring innovative suggestions to the table

4. Adaptability & Learning Agility

  • Open to supporting Culture & Diversity initiatives beyond analytics.
  • Willing to learn and grow into broader responsibilities.
  • Should not be rigidly limited to only analytics or only presentation work.

5. Maturity & Stakeholder Handling

  • Likely needs to operate at a mature / managerial level given exposure to senior stakeholders (SCO / MENA region).
