We are seeking an experienced
LeanIX Enterprise Architect / AI Solution Architect to provide hands-on architectural and engineering leadership across enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage LeanIX to drive enterprise architecture governance, application portfolio management, technology rationalization, and alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
This role will play a critical part in supporting large-scale transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Informatica, cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and emerging AI initiatives. The successful candidate will help shape future-state architecture, establish governance frameworks, drive integration strategies, and accelerate AI-enabled automation and data product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on LeanIX and enterprise architecture leadership across strategic transformation programs.
- Maintain and enhance enterprise architecture repositories, application landscapes, technology inventories, and capability models within LeanIX.
- Gather, structure, and govern architecture knowledge, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to align delivery with target-state architecture.
- Design and govern enterprise integration patterns across SAP, Salesforce, Informatica, cloud platforms, APIs, and custom applications.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, technical governance forums, and design authority processes.
- Define reusable architecture standards, patterns, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Support AI, GenAI, Copilot, intelligent automation, and agentic workflow initiatives by defining architecture, governance, and operational frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations.
- Ensure security, scalability, resiliency, observability, and compliance requirements are embedded into solution designs.
- Drive modernization initiatives and support cloud adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with LeanIX Enterprise Architecture platform.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong software engineering background with Java, Python, C#, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.
- Experience with data architecture, data governance, data products, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent architecture documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Informatica, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, Copilot solutions, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
- Experience establishing architecture governance frameworks and enterprise standards.
- TOGAF, LeanIX, Cloud, or Architecture certifications are highly desirable.
