The Role
The Lean Six Sigma Specialist will drive process efficiency, quality, and scalability across RPO and staffing operations. This role focuses on meeting client SLAs, improving recruiter productivity, reducing cycle times, and standardizing recruitment delivery across multiple clients and geographies.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Excellence
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
- Workforce planning
- Sourcing
- Screening
- Interview coordination
- Offer & onboarding
- Apply DMAICmethodologyto improve speed, quality, and predictability of hiring outcomes
- Identifyandeliminatewaste, rework, and bottlenecks in high-volume and niche hiring
Metrics, Reporting & Analytics
- Own andoptimizerecruitment KPIs:
- Time-to-fill
- Time-to-submit
- Offer acceptance ratio
- Joining ratio
- Recruiter productivity
- Attrition due to process gaps
- Build dashboards and MIS for internal leadership and client reviews
- Use data to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
Client Delivery & SLA Management
- Support delivery teams in achieving and exceeding client SLAs and KPIs
- AnalyzeSLA misses, root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Standardize processes across clients while allowing for client-specific customization
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Partner with:
- RPO delivery leaders
- Recruiters & team leads
- Account managers
- Client stakeholders
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and process improvement sessions
- Drive adoption of standardized processes across delivery teams
Technology, Automation & Scale
- Optimizerecruitment workflows within ATS / CRM platforms
- Identifyopportunities for automation, digitization, and AI-led sourcing efficiencies
- Support implementation and rollout of new tools and process changes
Governance & Quality Control
- Establish SOPs, process controls, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, audit standards, and DEI commitments
- Create control plans to sustain process improvements
Key Skills & Competencies
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Operations
- Proven application of Lean Six Sigma tools (VSM, SIPOC, FMEA, RCA, Control Charts)
- Experience in process documentation and SOP creation
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, etc.)

- Ability to influence without authority

Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Operations / Management preferred)
- Lean Six SigmaCertification ismandatory, preferablyBlack Belt.
- 58 years of experience withatleast2-3 years RPO, staffing, or recruitment operations excellence
