Role Description The Lean Manufacturing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gadwal, responsible for driving continuous improvement across ENA production operations. This role oversees day-to-day manufacturing processes, identifies waste, and implements lean practices to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, optimize layouts, standardize work, and ensure adherence to lean methodologies. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, leading Kaizen initiatives, training teams on lean tools, and supporting sustainable manufacturing practices aligned with the company's zero-waste objectives. The role also includes coordinating improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
