Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Implement effective targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to enhance ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements- 13 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns and understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
