Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire high-value Current Account (CA) relationships from existing and new clients within the group
- Increase Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios through deepening and upselling
- Maintain strong client servicing standards to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition through referrals and targeted prospecting
Revenue Generation & Product Sales
- Generate fee income from Trade Forex, Retail Banking, and Business Banking segments
- Cross-sell wealth management products including Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Credit Cards (CC), Lockers, and Y-SEC
- Focus on meeting goal sheet targets related to CASA value growth, TFX income, CMS, BB, NTB acquisition, and other product categories
Product Knowledge & Service Delivery
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of transactional and commercial banking products
- Provide tailored banking solutions such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Payment Gateway, Doorstep Banking, and Working Capital
- Deliver superior sales and service processes for premier CA clients and share feedback with the product team for enhancement
- Ensure a differentiated and seamless customer experience that aligns with the bank's value proposition
Business Understanding & Risk Awareness
- Maintain detailed knowledge of clients business nature and models to identify opportunities and risks
- Position banking solutions in alignment with customers key business requirements and challenges
- Ensure maintenance of minimum business thresholds and continuous monitoring of customer engagement
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment to achieve shared goals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for efficient service delivery and business development
