Field of activity:

Corporate IT – together with the CTO Area - is driving together the Implementation of ServiceNow for IT Service & Asset Management. This is a multi-year program professionalizing and standardizing the handling of CMDB, Asset Management, ITSM and other processes/activities. The IT SAM Program is pursuing a.o. following goals:

• Deliver a group wide IT Service & Asset Management Platform in the cloud in line with the enterprise architecture
• Replace legacy technology (CRM7) to Cloud native technology track
• Drive cultural change form proprietary DBG specific implementation into a SaaS solution

Your Mission:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to set up and coordinate testing standards, activities and automation within the Implementation of ServiceNow for IT Service & Asset Management to ensure the product is ready for end-users.

You will be at the heart of our digital transformation, driving the implementation and evolution of our new central platform. This is a key role in shifting our culture from a legacy, process-heavy environment to a modern, cloud-native, and service-oriented model.

The Test Manager will take responsibility in an interesting and dynamic, international environment. You will take part in the program as lead for testing in an international team (Frankfurt/Hyderabad), which enables integration of functional and technical requirements and improvements in a fast-changing environment. The Test Manager contributes to the transformation into modern technologies and infrastructure in a highly regulated capital markets environment, advance innovation and contribute to Deutsche Börse Group's overall strategy.

Your responsibilities:

• Define the standards for testing in the program, including the standard usage of the Automated Test Framework provided by ServiceNow.
• Lead the testing in the program, including the implementation of test automation metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Provide test effort estimates and plan test activities in coordination with program management.
• Own and deliver key test artifacts (e.g., Test Strategy, Test Approach, Test Plan).
• Participate in documentation review sessions and evaluate specifications from a quality and testability perspective.
• Keep the Program Manager informed about the current state of quality and test progress, including identification and reporting of product risks.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing of ITSM solutions, preferably ServiceNow
• Minimum 3 years in a Test Leader or similar senior testing role for ITSM solutions, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of testing best practices and tools.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow) and cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Proficient in test management and testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, SoapUI, and JMeter.
• Proficient in testing of CMDB, ITIL, ITSM and IT Access Management processes
• Experience with test automation frameworks, preferably the Automated Testing Framework of ServiceNow
• Comfortable operating at a senior level—managing stakeholder expectations and leading diverse testing teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Detail-oriented with a pragmatic approach to balancing quality and business constraints.
• Quick learner, able to comprehend unfamiliar codebases efficiently.
• Open-minded, analytical, and solution oriented.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in international, cross-country teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, basic knowledge of German would be beneficial

Would be an advantage:

• ISTQB certification and proven experience leading QA teams under tight deadlines across the full testing lifecycle.
• Practical experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with scripting or development in Java or Python.
• Good understanding of financial markets and regulations.
