As an
Academic Faculty Member, you will play a crucial role in
teaching, mentoring, and guiding students, delivering engaging and interactive classes that ensure strong conceptual clarity, exam orientation, and real-world relevance, while motivating students to excel in their UPSC journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Conduct engaging, structured, and exam-oriented classes aligned with the UPSC Prelims and Mains syllabus.
- Ensure strong conceptual clarity with focus on application, answer-writing orientation, and current relevance.
- Deliver classes with an integrated and interdisciplinary approach across General Studies subjects.
- Student Mentoring & Guidance
- Mentor and guide students academically and strategically throughout their preparation journey.
- Support students in understanding exam requirements, improving performance, and building confidence.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical ability, and disciplined preparation.
- Use of Teaching Aids & Digital Tools
- Utilize digital tools such as PowerPoint, MS Word, Zoom, and similar platforms to enhance classroom engagement and learning effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Passionate and Vibrant: High enthusiasm for teaching with an energetic and engaging classroom presence.
- Academic Expertise: Strong command over UPSC subjects, preferably with prior teaching experience or serious preparation for competitive exams.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively, suitable for aspirants at different learning levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic digital tools such as PowerPoint, MS Word, and online teaching platforms.
- Passion for Teaching & Mentoring: Genuine interest in educating, mentoring, and shaping young aspirants.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Openness to research, updated content, and evolving teaching methodologies.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Telugu and English.
