Role Overview

The Senior Behavioral & Leadership Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning programs that strengthen communication, leadership capability, and professional effectiveness across the organization. This role combines operational training responsibilities with strategic leadership development initiatives, supporting employees at various stages of their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct communication evaluations and assessments for new hires and internal candidates.

Design and deliver communication bootcamps, behavioral workshops, and professional development programs.

Facilitate leadership development sessions for first-time and mid-level managers.

Deliver training on emotional intelligence, customer mindset, stakeholder management, and workplace effectiveness.

Coach managers and emerging leaders to strengthen leadership and interpersonal skills.

Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.

Create and update training content, learning materials, and LMS-based learning modules.

Support organizational learning initiatives such as induction programs, ad-hoc trainings, and capability-building workshops.

Track learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and training analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

710 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or behavioral facilitation.

Proven experience delivering leadership, behavioral, and communication training programs.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

Ability to design engaging training content and learning experiences.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leaders.

Certification in training, coaching, or behavioral development (preferred)
