Leadership role in HR Shared Services

We are hiring for a leadership role in HR & Customer Service Operations based in Gurugram , who will be responsible for the overall service delivery of key clients (internal and external). The role reports to Outscale Partners, CEO.

Key tenets of the role:

• 1825 years of experience managing large-scale, third-party client service and operations functions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, HRO, Pre-Payroll, etc.) ensuring service excellence for key clients.
• Build, lead, and mentor multi-functional and global operations teams (300 professionals), to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and strengthen executive-level (CXO) client relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and drive client's governance
• Ensuring adherence to KPIs, timelines, and service quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and work along with central transformation team to deliver on efficiency and automation initiatives.
• Work along with the central transition team on new clients

Work Location: Gurugram

Work Model: Work from Office (Monday to Friday), Flexibility to manage teams working in different time zones (US, UK and Mid-east)
