Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Lead a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and networking channels for sourcing candidates.
• Draft and publish job postings across relevant job boards and platforms.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client and organizational standards.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events to promote employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of recruitment activities.
