Team Leadership & Target Management
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring and delivery targets within defined timelines.
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure quality candidate submissions aligned with client requirements.
- Provide training, mentoring, and continuous feedback to team members.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Ensure strong communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
