Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership for UG programs
- Drive curriculum innovation aligned with industry needs and future skills
- Mentor and develop faculty teams; foster interdisciplinary collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with industry, policymakers, and global institutions
- Lead program expansion, new specializations, and academic initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1520 years of experience in industry/academia/academic administration
- Exposure to curriculum design, institutional growth, and stakeholder engagement preferred.
- Experience with accreditation frameworks (NAAC/NBA/AACSB) is an advantage, not mandate.
- Proven ability to lead, innovate, and inspire academic transformation
