About the Role

Sodexo India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter for its Leadership Hiring Team, responsible for driving endtoend hiring for midsenior to leadership-level positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong market understanding, exceptional stakeholder management, and proven expertise in leadership recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

EndtoEnd Leadership Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership and senior management roles across functions.
  • Understand role requirements, define job specifications, and design effective search strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for niche and leadership-level mandates.

Sourcing Strategy & Market Mapping

  • Leverage local job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms for high-quality sourcing.
  • Utilize alternate sourcing channels, including employee referrals, networking, industry mapping, and head-hunting.
  • Conduct market intelligence and scanning for leadership talent within the FMCG and facility management sectors.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on search progress, talent insights, and market availability.
  • Build credibility as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition and leadership hiring best practices.

Candidate Assessment & Experience

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and leadership potential.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage offer negotiations and closure.

Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and audit requirements.
  • Continuously improve sourcing methods and hiring processes through innovation and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 810 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to leadership hiring.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternate hiring channels.
  • Strong understanding of the Food Services and facility management talent landscape (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and business maturity.
