We are looking for a Recruitment professional with experience in leadership hiring who will play a key role in market research, talent mapping, and candidate outreach. This role requires strong research skills, structured data management, and the ability to engage with senior-level candidates across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior-level roles
- Conduct market research and talent mapping across industries, roles, and competitor organizations
- Identify and reach out to suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline
- Screen profiles, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data, trackers, and reports
- Support marketing and employer branding initiatives through market insights
- Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 0.5–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in leadership or executive hiring
- Strong exposure to talent mapping, market research, and sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with effective data management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
