Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Resource (Specialist/Associate) to support the implementation of leadership development journeys for employees at the AD, M, and SA levels. This position will involve providing operational and analytical support for various leadership development initiatives, assisting in the smooth execution of programs, and driving engagement throughout the process.

Experience (Mandatory): 4+ years in Leadership Development Programs

Responsibilities:

L&D Branding & Communications

  • Create and manage quarterly L&D branding and comms plans aligned to learning priorities.
  • Support in execution of high-impact L&D engagement initiatives such as kiosks, live demos, learning showcases and on-ground events to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Strengthen L&D's internal brand and positioning through consistent, compelling and learner-centric storytelling.
  • Proactively ideate and pilot new initiatives and innovative approaches to enhance L&D visibility, relevance and perception across the firm.
  • Manage content for microsite, emailers, presentations, and internal announcements.
  • Partner with IC and design team to ensure consistency of messaging and brand alignment.

Program Support & Administration:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of leadership development journeys
  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and communication related to development programs
  • Ensure smooth execution of leadership training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives, self-paced learning, action learning projects, immersion sessions, etc.
  • Contribute ideas for innovation and enhanced participant engagement in leadership journeys, refresh vendor pools and focus on futuristic skill development

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on participant data and program effectiveness
  • Prepare reports summarizing feedback, performance metrics, and insights
  • Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement in these initiatives

Communication & Engagement:

  • Draft and send out program-related communications to participants
  • Create and manage internal campaigns to generate buzz and increase participation in leadership development programs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for participant queries, offering timely responses and solutions

Follow-up:

  • Follow up with program participants to ensure active engagement and commitment to their leadership journey leading to improved completion rates
  • Handle participant queries and resolve issues with a quick TAT to ensure a positive program experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Prior experience in supporting talent management or learning and development programs (preferred).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of leadership development concepts or programs is an advantage.
