At ReYou - Revive Yourself , we work with the people at the very top: CEOs, CXOs, founders and senior leaders across BFSI, IT, real estate, legal and financial services. Our clients already have the title. We help them get the presence, communication and influence to match it.

We're growing, and we're hiring a Leadership Coach - Executive & C-Suite Programmes to join us in Mumbai.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Joining: 1st November 2026 (tentative)

Type: Full-time

Compensation: [To be shared with shortlisted candidates]

What you'll do -

Train the top. Run 1:1 and group sessions for CEOs and C-suite leaders on executive presence, communication, personal branding, confidence and leadership influence.

Design what's needed. Help build and customise curricula for corporate and individual clients when a programme needs a tailored approach.

Diagnose before you deliver. Take part in client assessments, pre-programme diagnostics and progress reviews. We start with the diagnosis, not a template.

Represent ReYou in the room. When other trainers aren't available, take sales and discovery calls with prospects and help them see what's possible.

Close the loop. Keep session notes, feedback reports and client progress up to date so every engagement is measurable.

Keep growing the IP. Help refine ReYou's frameworks and methods, and contribute ideas for workshops, masterclasses and thought-leadership content.

Who we're looking for -

1-2 years of experience in soft skills, communication or leadership training, including real time in front of senior professionals

Enough presence of your own that a CEO sees you as a peer

Strong spoken and written English

Able to read a room, handle strong personalities, and give honest feedback respectfully

Respect for confidentiality, because our clients trust us with the things they don't say in boardrooms

Certifications will be cross-checked if need be
