Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Leadership Coach to partner with senior leaders and high-potential talent across EdgeVerve.
This is a high-impact, non-traditional L&D role focused on executive coaching, leadership effectiveness, and behavioral transformation. The individual will work closely with business and technology leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities aligned with EdgeVerve's growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Coaching & Development
- Provide one-on-one executive coaching to senior leaders (Director, AVP, VP levels) to enhance leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and influence
- Assess leadership styles, identify development gaps, and create personalized development plans
- Support leaders in strengthening communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities
Behavioral & Transformation Initiatives
- Design and drive behavioral transformation interventions aligned to organizational priorities
- Enable culture-building initiatives around feedback, inclusion, collaboration, and high-performance leadership
- Facilitate leadership workshops, group coaching sessions, and leadership forums
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with Business Heads, HR, and L&D to align leadership interventions with business goals
- Advise leaders on relevant learning journeys, coaching frameworks, and capability-building initiatives
- Track coaching effectiveness through measurable outcomes and feedback loops
Program & Capability Building
- Contribute to leadership development frameworks, succession programs, and talent pipelines
- Bring in best practices in executive coaching, organizational development, and leadership science
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership coaching, executive development, or organizational development
- Strong experience in executive/leadership coaching (1:1) and behavioral interventions
- Proven ability to influence and work with senior leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience in designing and driving leadership transformation initiatives
- Background in L&D / OD / HR consulting / leadership development firms preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ICF (International Coaching Federation) or equivalent
- Exposure to product/technology organizations
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
