Role Description

We seek a Lead Engineer - Master Black Belt for a full-time on-site position at our Trivandrum office. The candidate will oversee the implementation and execution of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional teams to execute projects, analyzing data to resolve inefficiencies, conducting training sessions, and providing mentoring and guidance. The role involves collaboration with engineering teams to drive innovation and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma principles with proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and process assessment tools.
• Technical proficiency in software engineering, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team collaboration skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Master Black Belt certification and relevant experience in continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum with a dynamic and innovative team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is required.
