We're looking for a Lead – Workspace & Facilities who can bring structure, efficiency, and innovation to facility operations. This isn't just about maintenance—it's about building an environment where teams can do their best work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Workplace Operations Leader:Drive end-to-end facility operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the workspace.
  • Maintenance Strategist:Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring all systems and infrastructure perform optimally.
  • Vendor & Contract Champion:Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery across all facility services.
  • Cost & Budget Controller:Plan and manage facility budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Compliance Guardian:Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness at all times.
  • Space Optimization Expert:Lead space planning and utilization to maximize efficiency and enhance workplace experience.
  • Workplace Experience Enabler:Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill administrative and workspace needs.
  • Operations & Process Owner: Manage PPM schedules, reports, maker-checker processes, and documentation with precision.
  • Service Excellence Driver:Oversee housekeeping, electro-mechanical services, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management.
  • Security & Access Lead:Ensure smooth visitor management, access control, and material movement processes.
  • Issue Resolution Pro:Proactively identify challenges and resolve them before they impact operations.
  • Event Support Partner:Enable smooth execution of workplace events and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in facility/workspace management
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and compliance
  • Proven experience in vendor and contract management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong financial and budgeting acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
