Location: Ranchi (for Jharkhand) / Bhubaneswar (for Odisha)
Purpose of the Role: To plan, facilitate and lead comprehensive capacity-building initiatives, including innovative training methodologies, in the domains of RMNCH+A, Nutrition and Infectious diseases through close collaboration with and support to government public health
systems at all levels in the state, with the aim to foster public health leadership, effect a systemic change and improve public health delivery in the state by government functionaries at all levels.
Key Deliverables: The Lead (Workforce Development) shall undertake activities represented by, but not limited to, the following to directly support the work of state program head.
Minimum Qualification:
Post Graduate in rural development/social work/development studies or equivalent from reputed institutions.
Minimum Work experience in years: 6-15 Years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of anchoring public health training for government health functionaries at state/national level.
Technical Competencies:
Public Health Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
Public Health Training Delivery
Capacity Building and Mentorship
Evaluation of Public Health Training Programs
Process Development for Public Health Trainings at large scale
Expert level knowledge of Public Health systems in the state
