will strengthen the platform, content system, motion layer, and release workflows so the

site stays premium, fast, scalable, editor-friendly, and commercially effective as the

company grows.

• Design clean content models in Sanity.
• Maintain polished GSAP-driven interactions, protect SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Keep preview, ISR, and Vercel deployment workflows stable and easy to operate.

• Ability to work fluently across engineering, design, brand, content, and growth without losing execution quality.
• Strong systems thinking around information architecture, content operations, publishing workflows, and reusable patterns.
• High standards for user experience, accessibility, performance, maintainability, and release confidence.
• Calm operational judgment when prioritizing bugs, improvements, and production issues on a business-critical site.

Tech Superpowers

• Deep hands-on experience with Next.js 16, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture for production web systems.
• Strong Sanity CMS expertise, including schema design, GROQ, Studio customization, live preview, and webhook-driven ISR / revalidation.
• Proven skill with GSAP and motion-rich interfaces without sacrificing performance, usability, or maintainability.
• Fluency with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, component systems, and scalable frontend code organization.
• Comfort owning Vercel deployments, environment management, release quality, and production reliability.

Experience & Relevance

• 5 to 8 years building high-quality web products, with meaningful ownership of modern React or Next.js production systems.
• Experience maintaining content-heavy, business-critical websites rather than only shipping isolated landing pages.
• A track record of improving Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, authoring velocity, and platform stability over time.
• Evidence of strong taste, sound engineering judgment, and proactive simplification before complexity turns into fragility.
• Portfolio, case studies, or shipped work that clearly show systems thinking and ownership.

Bonus Points (you will thrive if you have)

• Experience with analytics, experimentation, or conversion optimization for marketing or
• corporate web properties.
• Familiarity with visual regression testing, end-to-end testing, or robust QA workflows for
• content-heavy sites.
• Exposure to multilingual websites, localization workflows, or multi-region content
• operations.
• Thoughtful use of AI-assisted workflows where they improve speed or quality without
• weakening process.
• Comfort mentoring others and becoming the go-to owner for the web platform over time.
