  • Implement and test new features including landing pages, forms, integrations, and SEO enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary technical bridge between marketing, IT, contractors, and external development partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to deliver a unified digital experience.
  • Educate non-technical teams on using WordPress as a CMS for blogs, press releases, articles, and resource assets.

Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor site performance metrics such as page speed, traffic, conversions, engagement, and technical SEO.

  • Oversee the digital landscape including website architecture, Google Analytics & Tag Manager, HubSpot integration, and other third-party tools.
  • Optimize pages for both on-site and technical SEO to support marketing and lead-generation goals.
  • Design and develop effective conversion-focused pages supporting the complete buyer journey.

Support & Governance

  • Provide documentation, training, and technical guidance to enable efficient content management.
  • Ensure smooth CMS operations and support internal teams with website-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure flawless site performance and make server-side adjustments when needed.
  • Be available periodically during US business hours for critical escalations and live troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For
