Lead Voice and Accent Trainer

Lead and manage Language, Voice & Accent (V&A), Soft Skills, and Behavioral training programs

Design and develop training content using instructional design principles including guides, exercise books, and assessments

Create and implement training strategies through workshops, coaching sessions, and structured feedback mechanisms

Establish and maintain standardized assessment frameworks based on CEFR for language proficiency evaluation

Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs and mentor internal trainers for capability enhancement

Drive innovation by integrating AI tools to improve training content and delivery effectiveness

Customize training modules to meet specific client requirements and address team-level challenges
