Lead Visual Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Visual Designer who thrives on execution. This is not a pure management role, you will be the primary creative force behind our brand's visual output.

You will own the design function end-to-end, from concept to final execution. You should be comfortable designing daily, shipping fast, refining details, and setting a high creative bar through your own work.

Key Responsibilities

High-Quality Visual Execution (Primary Focus)

• Design websites, landing pages, campaign creatives, presentations, and digital assets
• Create marketing materials including social media, ads, brochures, and brand collateral
• Deliver polished, production-ready designs with strong attention to detail
• Ensure consistency across typography, layout, spacing, and visual systems
• Maintain design excellence across every asset that goes out

Brand Ownership

• Define and refine brand identity and visual language
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand positioning and business goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Translate business objectives into visually compelling outputs
• Move quickly from brief to execution with minimal hand-holding

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in visual / brand / digital design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution across digital and brand work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Framer or Webflow is a major plus
• Exceptional understanding of typography, color systems, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong ownership mindset and self-direction
