Job Summary:
We are looking for Lead Verification Callers to contact and verify potential customer leads, confirm basic details, and update information accurately in the system. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Call assigned leads to verify contact details and requirements.
Confirm the accuracy of information such as name, location, interest, and eligibility (as per process).
Update verified information in the CRM/system accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow call scripts and verification guidelines provided by the company.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
Coordinate with the sales or operations team by passing verified leads.
Ensure high-quality communication and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, lead generation, or verification roles is preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi / Malayalam / Tamil or others as required by the process).
- Clear speaking ability with a professional and polite phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge, including working with CRM systems, Excel, or data entry tools.
- Ability to follow call scripts, verification checklists, and company guidelines accurately.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data verification.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet daily targets.
- Basic problem-solving ability and willingness to clarify information with leads when required.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with sales or operations teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism in handling company data and customer information.
