• 8+ Years of Total IT Infrastructure Experience with a proven track record of L3-level engineering, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• 4+ Years of Mandatory Hands-On VDI Engineering actively administering Omnissa & VMware Horizon, Unified Access Gateway (UAG), Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), and App Volumes. (Note: Candidates with background limited strictly to Citrix-only or AVD-only will be automatically rejected).

MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):

Experience: 8+ years total IT Infra experience with 4+ years dedicated to Omnissa Horizon/VMware VDI in an L3 capacity. Min 2 years stability per employer.

Education: Any Engineering / B.Sc / MCA / MCM (IT specialization).

Core Skills: Horizon infrastructure deployment, Workspace ONE Access, Omnissa DEM, 3rd party IDM, HLD/LLD creation, & L3 troubleshooting.

Software/Tools: Omnissa Horizon Suite, ESXi/vSphere, Windows Server, TCP/IP, basic scripting (PowerShell/Python), HCI.

Communication: 100% fluent English for shift syncs and OEM escalation (VMware/Microsoft).

Logistics: 100% Remote | US Shift Timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) with rotational on-call support.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced L3 Technical Specialist (VDI) to drive the deployment, architecture design, and high-level support of enterprise Omnissa Horizon VDI environments. In this remote role, you will perform deep diagnostic log analysis, lead infrastructure rollouts, and collaborate across hybrid cloud platforms while mentoring junior engineers.

Core Responsibilities

VDI Infrastructure: Deploy, configure, and maintain large-scale enterprise Omnissa Horizon & Workspace ONE Access environments.

Architecture & Design: Create High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) solutions and technical documentation.

L3 Escalations: Perform complex diagnostics, log analysis, and root-cause analysis for enterprise VDI and ESXi/vSphere issues.

Cloud & Automation: Manage hybrid cloud VDI workflows (AWS/Azure) and develop basic scripts to automate daily operational tasks.

OEM Management: Lead technical interface with third-party vendors (VMware, Microsoft) and mentor L1/L2 support teams.
