What You'll Do

Breathe Life into Vision – Set the bar high with breakthrough ideas that push the limits of design — from pixel-perfect interfaces to meaningful user journeys.

Orchestrate Research-Driven Insights – Lead sessions that capture user insights and turn them into actionable strategies, giving users what they need before they know it themselves.

Master the Details – Connect design to broader business value by contributing to projects that go beyond the ordinary and create measurable impact.

Lead with Purpose – Bring clarity to complex problems, while mentoring designers and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth.

Challenge the Norm – Be a catalyst for innovation, balancing product knowledge with design systems to create cohesive, accessible, and original solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (Engineering/Design background required).
• 8-11 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Demonstrated success collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders in agile environments.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and building design teams.

Good to Have

• Background in SaaS or product companies (education or healthcare domain preferred).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to bridge design with development.
• Experience scaling and maintaining design systems.
