Required Skills:
- Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for key and critical client requirements.
- Work closely with clients/account managers to understand hiring needs.
- Allocate requirements to the team and monitor daily performance.
- Ensure quality submissions and maintain SLA/TAT compliance.
- Mentor and guide team members on sourcing strategies and market trends.
- Review resumes, conduct screenings, and support complex closures.
- Drive team productivity, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Development, ERP, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
