Lead Unreal Engine Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Engine Developer with extensive experience in C++ and Blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of 3D game, application, or visualization projects, deep understanding of Unreal Engine core systems, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D games, applications, or visualizations using Unreal Engine.
• Utilize C++ and Blueprints to implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and interactions.
• Optimize code and assets for performance, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create immersive experiences.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
• Participate in performance analysis, debugging, and code reviews.
• Stay updated with Unreal Engine advancements and industry trends.
• Apply agile development methodologies in project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional Unreal Engine development experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous Unreal Engine projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a development team.

Nice to Have:

• Pixel Streaming experience.
• Multiplayer and networked gameplay systems.
• Technical art skills (materials and shaders).
• Test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unity).
