Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead strategic design initiatives across enterprise product portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers from ideation through implementation.
  • Advocate for design excellence and ensure strong alignment between design, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful product experiences.
  • Create high-quality prototypes, workflows, and scalable design components using Figma.
  • Lead vision projects to explore future product experiences and innovation opportunities.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide other designers to elevate overall design quality and culture.
  • Present and communicate design strategies and concepts clearly to executive and cross-functional teams.
