Lead- Transportation Modeler (Visum)

About the Role

K&A Engineering Consultants is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, ranked among the top international design firms. We are seeking an experienced Lead / Project Engineer to join our Transport Planning & Traffic Engineering team. The role involves delivering transport planning studies and traffic engineering solutions for projects of moderate complexity while coordinating closely with senior team members, clients, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop traffic demand forecasts, transport master plans, and traffic impact studies
• Coordinate data collection and support traffic modeling and simulations
• Prepare circulation, parking, and traffic management drawings
• Review, validate, and present deliverables to clients and authorities
• Perform peer reviews and mentor junior team members

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transport planning / traffic engineering
• Master's in Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Skills

• Strong expertise in transport planning and traffic engineering principles
• Proficiency in tools such as VISUM, VISSIM,
• Knowledge of SIDRA, Synchro, MXROAD, AutoTURN, CUBE
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
