Job Description

Specialized job competencies:

. Originate new deals in identified focus sectors and achieve assigned business targets
. Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines
. Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives
. Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining high service standard and compliance
. Structure and present new credit proposals to Credit/ Risk teams
. Ability to present proposals to management for seeking approvals
. Coordinating with internal stakeholders for successful conversion and disbursement
. Cross selling of other products
. Closure of any open deferrals / deviations
. Periodic portfolio monitoring and identification of any early warning signals
. Maintain portfolio MIS including calls-to-action, conversion status etc.
