Lead : Transfer Pricing

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a Lead - Transfer Pricing for a prominent ITES company. This role oversees the end-to-end preparation and review of complex Transfer Pricing documentation and workpapers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and audit requirements. You'll manage daily Transfer Pricing processes, resolve issues with customers, and maintain strong controls. The Lead will also provide team training, build relationships within BPO operations and with clients, and drive quality and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer Pricing Expertise: Lead the preparation and review of complex Transfer Pricing documentation and workpapers.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Provide support for Transfer Pricing documentation and audit-related queries, ensuring compliance.
• Process Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of all Transfer Pricing processes, identify and resolve day-to-day issues in consultation with customers.
• Quality & Controls: Ensure all relevant controls are in place and drive quality business operations.
• Team Development: Arrange periodic training for team members on policy and procedural changes.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships within BPO operations and with customers; identify future business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing Documentation.
• Skills:
• Exposure to Transfer Pricing Audits.
• Experience in Benchmarking & Drafting documentation.
• Ability to work with customers independently to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounting Automations and basic programming.
