Position Overview

We are seeking an Senior AI Trainer (5–7 years of progressive experience) 

To lead end-to-end delivery of its advanced Data & AI curriculum. 

This role demands mastery in AI and advance data, 

Team & Management Skills:

Good Team lead in mentoring junior trainers, and strategic engagement with management and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and deliver end-to-end AI curriculum for corporate, institutional, and upskilling programmes.

2. Design industry-grade course material — including advanced labs, real-world projects, assessment frameworks, and capstone scenarios.

3. Lead advanced cohorts in Deep Learning, MLOps, Spark/Scala, and predictive analytics with applied project mentorship.

4. Mentor and coach junior trainers (3+ years tier); review their delivery quality, provide structured feedback and shadow observations.

5. Maintain comprehensive MIS — training trackers, individual learner dashboards, batch health reports — and present to senior stakeholders.

6. Represent the training team in client review meetings(internal SPOC); propose solutions for learning gaps.

7. Facilitate soft skills components: communication workshops, group discussions, and presentation practice sessions.

Hindi Proficient — learner interaction

Marathi Proficiency — Local learner engagement and support (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

Education

B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. in CS, IT, along with specialisation in Data Science, AI, or related field. Master's preferred.

Experience

5–7 years of progressive experience in AI/Data Science domain with minimum 2 years in training delivery

Tools Familiarity

Watson Studio, Cognos 11.x, SPSS Modeler v18+, Apache Spark 3.x, Python, Git, Docker, Kubernetes

Certification

Any Global certification in AI from Reputed institutionsCompetitive Coding
