Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Formulate techno-commercial plan for civil, infrastructure, and other engineering projects.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability across all project categories.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works and other projects (mechanical, electrical, industrial).
- Monitor budgets and implement corrective measures for cost control.
Contract Management
- Review and negotiate contracts for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and commercial terms.
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Source and manage vendors for civil, infrastructure, and other specialized works.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Technical Evaluation
- Collaborate with engineering teams across disciplines to validate technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory norms.
Risk Management
- Identify risks across diverse projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely statutory approvals and compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies for smooth execution.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and financial performance.
Education
QUALIFICATIONS
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA or equivalent in Finance/Commercial management (preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in techno-commercial roles with exposure to civil, infrastructure, and multi-disciplinary projects.
