Looking for a dynamic, passionate individual to join the User Experience Design team to write a variety of content, including technical documentation, UI labels and text, error messages and more.

Youll write about new features as well as maintaining existing content, The ideal candidate has a passion for user-centric design, can write from scratch, maintain existing content, and think out of the box. These roles focus on simplifying complex risk and compliance, security, and ESG data for diverse users, requiring skills in API documentation, structured authoring, and collaboration within Agile teams.

• Documentation Scope: Creating and maintaining online help, UI labels, release notes, user guides, and API documentation for IRM products.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UI microcopy (buttons, labels, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, etc.)

• Technical Skill Set: Proficiency in structured authoring, doc-as-code, Git version controls. Experience with API documentation and its tools (such as Swagger).

• Role Type: Often includes opportunities for specialized UX writing and technical documentation.

• You will collaborate with other UX writers, UX designers, engineers, and product managers to improve the user experience

• Write and edit a variety of content, including API documentation, technical documentation, UI labels and text and online help content.

Qualification:

• 9 + years of experience into technical writing

• extensive Experience as a Technical writer and UX writer.

• Strong understanding of technical writing and UX writing principles, doc-as-code environment, Git, APIs.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

• Experience writing microcopy for web and mobile applications

• Experience creating technical documentation in doc-as-code environment.

• Should have end user experience (User-Centric Approach, Usability and Accessibility, Consistency and Accuracy)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop user manuals for software applications.

• Develop detailed documentation of system architecture, configuration options, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.

• Ensure consistency in formatting, style guidelines across all documents.
