We're looking for an experienced writer for the Missionforce Content Experience team. We work closely with the product leadership, service owners, and engineers who build AI-powered products for Agentforce Public Sector and Missionforce. Your content will support mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, Aerospace, and Allied Nations. Your impact spans end users, admins, and system integrators that build on Salesforce products. You'll partner with a strong community of PMs and engineering leaders delivering this next frontier of products at Salesforce. If this excites you, come talk to us.
Required Skills:
15+ years of experience documenting software for technical and engineering audiences
Ability to quickly learn complex technologies
Ability to write clean, concise, and effective content
High standards of quality and attention to detail
Ability to strategize a variety of content deliverables and drive execution across releases
Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables and drive alignment
Vocal advocate for the customer
Represent CX in customer advocacy / field validation meetings
Familiarity with Gen AI tools and concepts and a desire to use gen AI to expedite the content development lifecycle
Proven proficiency with XMl/DITA and Markdown/Git
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills + strong interpersonal skills
Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members
Problem solver
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Desired Experience/Skills
Past experience with creating content for government agencies
Strong understanding of how a CRM system can empower its customers
