Preference will be given to candidates from the Pharma OSD industry who have experience in technical training.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Training professional with strong exposure to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Operations. The incumbent will drive technical capability building initiatives across manufacturing and quality functions, develop training curricula, build competency frameworks, conduct technical trainings, and support site-wide skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Capability Building

• Lead site-wide technical capability development programs for Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Design and implement competency-based training frameworks.
• Develop skill matrices, training roadmaps, and certification programs.
• Conduct classroom, shopfloor, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Manufacturing & Quality Excellence

• Deliver training on GMP, Quality Systems, Data Integrity, Manufacturing Operations, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Support development of process experts and subject matter experts.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Services teams for capability enhancement.
• Drive Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, TPM, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Content Development & Digital Learning

• Develop technical training content, SOP-based learning modules, and digital learning resources.
• Design assessments, evaluations, and competency certification methodologies.
• Utilize LMS and digital learning platforms to track learning effectiveness.
• Maintain audit-ready training documentation and records.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Plant Leadership, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and HR teams.
• Coordinate with external training agencies, consultants, OEMs, and academic institutions for specialized programs.
• Support strategic skill-building initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Education

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Industrial or related disciplines)
• Train-the-Trainer Certification preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Certification will be an added advantage

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Services, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Training, Capability Building, Learning & Development, or Competency Development.
• Exposure to GMP-regulated manufacturing environments is mandatory.
