Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the Lead- Technical Recruitment role, based in Noida. The individual in this role will lead a team of recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles, aligning with the organization's strategic growth. Responsibilities include sourcing top technical talent, driving streamlined hiring processes, collaborating with department heads on workforce planning, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also involves developing strategies for employer branding, monitoring recruitment analytics, and ensuring adherence to company hiring policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technology Recruitment, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring for technical and IT-focused roles
  • At least 7+ years experience of leading the recruitment team in a IT staffing company/IT Services company.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and mentoring recruitment teams
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies and implementing end-to-end hiring processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
