- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-6 associate recruiters, setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Collaborate with US clients to define job needs, negotiate rates (W2, C2C, 1099), and handle vendor management.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri RMS, and Boolean searches; build talent pipelines across US time zones (EST/PST).
- Conduct technical interviews, assess visa status (H1B, OPT, GC), and ensure compliance with US labor laws.
- Track metrics like time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and bill rate margins using ATS tools like Zoho People.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in US IT staffing/recruitment, with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
- Expertise in US tax terms, work authorizations, and IT role requirements.
- Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, advanced sourcing techniques, and MS Excel for reporting.
- Strong communication for client calls (US hours) and team management.
Preferred
- Experience in Indian staffing firms serving US clients.
- Knowledge of PF/ESI compliance for India-based operations.
