US IT Recruiter Lead Job Description

This role involves leading a team, managing client requirements, and ensuring high placement rates for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for US IT positions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-6 associate recruiters, setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with US clients to define job needs, negotiate rates (W2, C2C, 1099), and handle vendor management.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri RMS, and Boolean searches; build talent pipelines across US time zones (EST/PST).
  • Conduct technical interviews, assess visa status (H1B, OPT, GC), and ensure compliance with US labor laws.
  • Track metrics like time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and bill rate margins using ATS tools like Zoho People.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in US IT staffing/recruitment, with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
  • Expertise in US tax terms, work authorizations, and IT role requirements.
  • Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, advanced sourcing techniques, and MS Excel for reporting.
  • Strong communication for client calls (US hours) and team management.

Preferred

  • Experience in Indian staffing firms serving US clients.
  • Knowledge of PF/ESI compliance for India-based operations.

Associate US IT Recruiter Job Description

ExpertsPro Placement Services Pvt Ltd is hiring Associate US IT Recruiters to support high-volume IT staffing for US and India clients. This entry-level role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordination under the Recruiter Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen resumes for IT roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and databases.
  • Schedule interviews across US time zones, coordinate with clients, and manage candidate communications via Outlook/Teams.
  • Assist in job description creation, candidate mapping, and basic visa/tax term verification (H1B, W2/C2C).
  • Maintain ATS records, update pipelines, and report weekly submissions/fills to the Lead.

Qualifications
