Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter with strong exposure to leadership and niche technology hiring in the IT services/consulting industry. The role will focus on identifying and hiring senior talent across the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar enterprise technology platforms, while partnering closely with leadership to build high-impact teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for Director, Practice Lead, Architect, and Senior Delivery roles and will be comfortable driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles including Practice Leads, Architects, Delivery Heads, and Consulting leaders.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent in the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar enterprise technology domains.
- Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline.
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand long-term talent needs and workforce planning.
- Drive hiring strategies for critical and niche technology roles.
Market Intelligence
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices within the ServiceNow and enterprise platform ecosystem.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leadership, practice heads, and delivery leaders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
- Manage communication and expectations throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a strong candidate engagement process for senior-level professionals.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closing for leadership hires.
Employer Branding & Talent Mapping
- Build relationships with industry leaders and passive candidates.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for leadership talent.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in leadership hiring within the IT services or consulting industry.
- Strong exposure to ServiceNow ecosystem or similar enterprise technologies (Cloud, AI, DevOps, Enterprise Platforms).
- Expertise in headhunting and strategic sourcing for senior roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience hiring for ServiceNow Architects, Practice Leads, Pre-Sales Leaders, and Delivery Heads.
- Experience working in fast-growing consulting organizations.
