As a Lead Technical Program Manager within Corporate and Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase, you will orchestrate Markets Group India-specific firmwide deliverables, ensuring clear ownership, end-to-end tracking, and timely, high-quality execution. You will combine Business Management / COO-office governance with portfolio governance for Markets Tech India, partnering closely with functionally aligned Markets Tech roles. You will establish a predictable governance cadence across deliverables, executive updates, and portfolio forums, maintaining clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountabilities. You will proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership, promoting closure through structured action plans and escalation where appropriate.

Supportstalent enablementactivities as needed (planning, coordination, tracking of actions and milestones).
Drivesexecutive preparation and materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistently formatted content for senior forums.
Participates in and help runPortfolio Governance processesfor Markets Tech India (intake, prioritization, status, dependencies).
Partners indashboarding discussionsto promote alignment with theglobal BM leadand connectivity withDPS dashboarding initiatives.
Identifies gaps, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership drive closure through structured action plans and escalation where needed.
Maintains clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across governance touchpoints.
