Lead Technical Product Owner Vision App LR DXG
As a Product Owner within the LR DXG division of Wolters Kluwer, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and customer value.
- Define clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, BAs, and PMs to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
- Participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of industry experience with over 4 years of direct experience in product ownership in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong ability to influence and lead without any authority
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps a plus.
- Experience with SAFE agile a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFE POPM or equivalent preferred.
